Kislaya Kapusta (Russian style sauerkraut) PINTS
Kislaya Kapusta is a Russian type of fermented cabbage. It is typically not left in the crock for weeks at a time like German and Polish types. As a result, it is crunchy and flavorful.
This is a RAW product--it is not canned. It is removed from the crock and put into a pint jar, sealed, and put into a refrigerated cooler and held at low temps to keep it fresh. It should be refrigerated.

All items must be picked up at the farm within one week of ordering. Orders typically ready in 24 hours from time order was placed. To pick up--send email stating when you would like to get your order. Orders not picked up within one week of placing them will be forfeited and no refunds will be given.
